Important update! Butterbraid delivery is postponed until we get back to school. We want to make sure all of our students have power and are able to freeze items properly. An update will be posted here as soon as we have a new date for delivery. Thank you!
Based on reports of more than 50% of Long County remaining without power, schools and offices will remain closed until further notice. Additional updates will be shared no later than Friday at 4:00 pm. It is our goal to safely return to normal operations as soon as possible.

Schools and offices will be closed for all students and staff tomorrow and Friday, September 26-27. All after school activities and athletic events are cancelled for tomorrow and Friday. We hope that our Long County students, staff, and families stay safe as Hurricane Helene enters South Georgia. Schools and offices will resume normal schedules and operations on Monday, September 30.

Butter Braid orders can be picked up on Thursday, September 26th, from the LCPS Cafeteria.
Please arrive between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm. Orders will not be sent home with students; they must be picked up.
